Pastor Dr. Carmon E. Rudolph is Senior Pastor and Founder of East Valley Double Portion Spirit Ministry and C.E.O of Kingdom Building Promotion L.L.C. Born and raised in Columbus Ohio. She was ordained by the late George A. Ware of New Life Tabernacle Ministries in Pataskala Ohio on April 23, 2012. She attended Liberty University and Heart Bible International University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in religion and theology and Christian Counseling. Master's degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) in Advanced Clinical Chaplaincy/Pastoral Psychotherapy, and Religion and Theology. She attended Higher Ground Always Abounding under a powerful and mighty man of God Dr. Sherman S. Watkins for 15 years.  In 1997 she moved to Arizona she wandered around in the desert for 8 years feeling lost and confused trying to find that perfect church after moving to Arizona. Just when she was about to give up, she was invited to a church called Gospel 4 Life where Pastor Tyronne Stowe she thought there was no one like Bishop Watkins but Pastor Stowe preaches a passion and radical word of God that changed her life. She served under his leadership for 4 years. She was called back to Ohio in 2007 where she met an awesome prophetic man of God who became her Spiritual Father the late Bishop George A. Ware of New Life Tabernacle Ministries. Pastor Carmon always says she has 3 spiritual fathers in the Lord. Pastor Carmon was blessed to have 3 awesome Father’s in the gospel. One gave her a strong foundation that she may reach higher ground, one showed her how to be radical and sold-out in Christ for life and one showed her what the prophetic ram looks like and how to be a pastor who loves God, his word, and his people with everything that is within her.  Pastor Carmon is a mother of 5 daughters, 3 stepson a grandmother of 24, and 4 great-grandbabies. Pastor Carmon did not come from your normal church-going family, but at the age of 9, she began to ask God who he is. Thanks to her grandmother, aunt, and one of her older brothers she found Jesus. She gave her life to the Lord at the age of 12 and she was filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 23. At 26 she started to seek and pray for God to show her what was her purpose here on earth, what the spirit of the Lord showed was that she was not ready, but she continued to seek, pray, and plead with God for weeks. Eventually, the spirit of the Lord showed her that she had a calling as an evangelist and pastor, she was ok with the call of an evangelist, but pastor said, “There is no way I will be a pastor because women are not allowed to be pastors”. She ran from that calling for over 20 years, she stopped running in 2004. She has an unexplainable passion within that burn with fire for the things of God, she believes God has appointed and anointed her for an end-time ministry. Pastor Carmon said that when God called her to the ministry the spirit of the Lord showed her, she must be transparent, she must be real, and she must serve God in spirit and truth not with religion or traditions. Pastor Carmon is sold out for Christ.
